Zan Hotel features 20 elegant rooms, divided into two categories – Superior Rooms and Standard Twin Rooms – designed for guests who appreciate comfort and the relaxing atmosphere of a mountain getaway.
Natural light and views of the Lotru Mountains enhance the atmosphere of a relaxing stay in Voineasa, close to the Transalpina Road.
The balconies and terraces provide the perfect setting for moments of peace and relaxation in the mountains.
Superior Rooms
Superior Double and Twin Rooms
Area: 20 sqm
Capacity: 2 adults (or 2 adults + 1 child when configured as a double room)
Bed type: Double bed (200 cm) or Twin (2 × 100 cm)
View: Lotru Mountains and Lotru River
Floors: 1, 2 and 3 – elevator access available
The rooms are available both as double rooms with an extra-large bed (200 cm) and as twin rooms with two separate 100 cm beds, which can be used individually or joined together according to guest preferences. Room configuration can be arranged upon request at the time of booking.
On the 1st floor, there are four Superior rooms with terraces and mountain views, ideal for guests who appreciate outdoor relaxation and direct access to exterior spaces.
The 2nd floor features Superior rooms with spacious balconies overlooking the Lotru Mountains, offering the perfect balance between comfort and scenic views.
On the 3rd floor, there are four double rooms. Two of them stand out through their fully glazed front wall, offering panoramic mountain views and a bright atmosphere, while the other two rooms feature more intimate balconies and Velux roof windows positioned above the bed, allowing guests to enjoy the sky and natural light directly from bed.

Standard Rooms
Standard Twin Rooms – Practical Comfort for Active Stays
Area: 18 sqm
Capacity: 2 adults (or 2 adults + 1 child when configured as a double room)
Bed type: Twin (2 × 100 cm)
View: Front or side view
Floors: 1 and 2 – elevator access available
The Standard Twin Rooms offer a comfortable and bright atmosphere, making them ideal for active stays, mountain holidays, or weekend getaways in Voineasa.
The rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors and provide all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.
The twin beds can be used separately or joined together, creating a width of approximately 200 cm, allowing accommodation for 2 adults and one small child. Room configuration can be arranged upon request at the time of booking, according to guests’ preferences.
The rooms feature balconies and offer either front-facing or side views of the hotel. These rooms do not allow the installation of an extra bed.

Extra bed: 100 RON / night (breakfast not included). The premium Bentley extra bed is recommended for guests weighing up to 100 kg.

Booking and Accommodation Policy
Guests may check in starting from 3:00 PM, while check-out is available until 11:00 AM.
To confirm direct reservations, a deposit of 50% of the total stay value is required. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or online by card through Netopia Payments. The remaining balance is payable at check-in, at the hotel reception. Upon request, full payment in advance is also available.
In the event of cancellation, the paid deposit is non-refundable. However, it may be used for a future reservation within 6 months from the cancellation date, subject to availability and the rates applicable at that time.
